Located in the town of Jesús (Ibiza), this newly built two-story home blends a modern, minimalist aesthetic with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor is defined by concrete façades, while the upper floor features white volumes that provide visual lightness. The design is enriched with ceramic latticework, natural wood interiors, and a palette of warm tones that highlight the connection to the Mediterranean surroundings.

Inside, lightweight screens made of wooden slats evoke a subtle Japanese inspiration, offering privacy without sacrificing spatial fluidity. Outside, the house opens onto a garden with a swimming pool and is shaded by wooden slat pergolas, which create dynamic shadows and reinforce the natural, relaxed character of the project.
