Renovation of one of the most iconic buildings overlooking the Ibizan beach of Figueretas. Spread across five floors, the project features a total of 34 luxury beachfront apartments with sea views. The ground floors house public-use spaces. Open and flowing layouts, the consistent use of light colors, cutting-edge lighting design, and a vibrant, colorful reception area have turned this project into a true benchmark for this type of building concept on the island.
